Retrospective

What went well?

• Developing the Personas with the feedback of the previews user interviews, helped to offer more useful features to the application.

• The interviews to the users went fluently and efficiently and led to a more realistic approach to the needs and wants of the users and inspired alternative solutions to the app.

What didn’t go well?

• During the user testing, some tasks were difficult to understand for some users because of the very low-fidelity wireframes.

• The process of drawing fast sketches for the low-fidelity wireframes was a bit caotic and frustrating; at the end, the time management was not attended.

What can be improved?

• The quality of the low-fidelity wireframes adding simple wordings and recognizable icons.

• Do more user-interviews in order to get more feedback from the users.

• Keep improving the prototype with better solutions and repeat the usability testing more often.
